I believed that too.
For more than 16 years, I worked in the family business I grew up in, which later became my own business. I worked hard, sacrificed hard, and believed that was simply the price of success.
Meanwhile, other people helped take care of my children.
That was my normal life.
Then, in July 2024, a strange weird Viking entered my life.
When I first met him, I was afraid to tell him that I had four children. I honestly thought that if he knew, I might lose him.
So I waited.
It took me more than three months before I finally gathered the courage to tell him the truth.
I still remember exactly what he said after I told him.
“Where are they?”
“Get them here right away.”
“They are your kids. They are supposed to be with you.”
I was completely blown away.
Not only did he accept it… he could not understand why my children were not already with us.
That moment changed my life.
He told me something no one had ever told me before:
“You can build a successful business and have a real family life at the same time.”
At first, I did not fully believe it.
But soon after, my children came to live together with us.
And slowly I discovered something incredible:
He was right.
Not only is it possible to have a happy family life while running a successful business…
…it is actually possible to build multiple successful businesses while living closely together as a family.
Instead of separating business and family life, we began building them together.
The children became part of everyday life.
Part of the learning.
Part of the adventure.
Part of the business.
And something unexpected happened:
Life became richer.
Warmer.
More meaningful.
And yes… even business became better.
One day, he told me:
“In the future, we will teach other families how to do this.”
